Wandering in the Peak District

Last weekend off we went to the Peak District, in a little city named Hope. With a name like this, you have to stop and visit around !

Besides, the trails are very engaging !

Fair to say that we were quite unfortunate with the weather, soaked couple of times but, in my opinion, really worth it. The forest trail we did was stunning ! Really beautiful, with a river passing through, magic feeling.

Then, we went a bit further than the forest, walked a few miles outside the woods through an old village with some character...

... To finally arrived to this stunning waterfall, you need to make your way through the mud and the trees to arrive there but really worth it. It's lost in the middle of nowhere, you really have a hole through the trees, it's beautiful.
